The attendant manages groups, printing, supplies, and the next guest in line.

Throughput

Remove the screens that make a line stop.

Convention guests already manage registration, badges, schedules, apps, scans, and follow-up forms. A standard booth session should be simple: pose, print, leave.

We do not require on-site email entry in the normal workflow.

The footprint

Plan the booth like an exhibit, not a party corner.

Convention centers and hotels have rules for power, carpet, freight, loading docks, labor, fire lanes, storage, and move-in windows.

We need the floor plan, schedule, exhibitor manual, booth location, and access contacts before confirming logistics.

Lead capture is a separate decision

If the activation requires data collection, define consent, staffing, hardware, and follow-up separately instead of quietly adding a slow screen.

Branding

Make the print useful enough to survive the tote bag.

Custom artwork can include the event, booth number, campaign, URL, or approved brand marks. The physical print should still feel like a photograph rather than a tiny ad.

Strong contrast and concise copy read best at 2×6 inches.

Multi-day shows

Consistency matters on hour fourteen too.

Long events require realistic staffing, supply planning, printer care, overnight procedures, and defined active hours.

Tell us the daily schedule, estimated participation, access rules, and whether artwork or guest instructions change.

Straight answers

Before you book.

01Can the booth collect leads?

The standard experience does not require email entry. Data collection needs a separate consent and staffing plan.

02Can prints include booth numbers or campaign URLs?

Yes. Concise branding, event details, and calls to action can be incorporated into the print artwork.

03Can you operate for multiple days?

Yes, when staffing, active hours, secure storage, access, and print volume are planned in advance.

04How much exhibit space is required?

The camera, backdrop, light, guests, printer, attendant, cables, and queue all need space. We review the floor plan before confirming.
