Step in, make a photograph, collect a print, return to the event. No required app or email form.

Real light and an edited gallery give the event team useful, consistent photographs after the party.
The experience
Designed for participation, not lead-capture theater.
Company events already ask guests to scan badges, enter information, download apps, and sit through presentations. The booth should be the easy part.
Guests step in with coworkers, make a photograph, collect a print, and return to the event. We do not insert a slow email-entry screen into the standard experience.
Open sightlines, simple instructions, a prepared attendant, and no required sharing screen remove the most common reasons booth lines stall.
Branding
Brand the artifact. Keep the installation considered.
Print layouts can carry event artwork, a campaign line, naming, or dates. The booth itself stays visually tidy so it can live inside a designed room without becoming a pile of plastic kiosks and loose cables.
Good branding leaves room for the photograph instead of shrinking people into a tiny sponsor-logo window.
- Supply final vector artwork and brand colors
- Choose strip or postcard proportions based on image size
- Approve names, dates, and campaign copy exactly
- Decide whether the gallery needs matching artwork
Photography
Real light makes the gallery useful afterward.
A real camera and professional light create photographs that can support internal recaps, culture stories, event galleries, and the simple human pleasure of seeing coworkers enjoy themselves.
Helena and Laurent edit the final gallery after the event for a more consistent result than an automatic folder of mixed exposures and test frames.
Planning
Tell us what success means before load-in.
A holiday party, conference reception, employee celebration, launch, and customer dinner need different pacing. Share the guest count, timeline, access rules, brand review process, and intended gallery use early.
For larger events, placement matters as much as equipment. The booth should be easy to see without competing with registration, catering, coat check, or the main program.
Straight answers
Before you book.
01Can prints include event branding?+
Yes. Print layouts can incorporate approved artwork, naming, dates, or campaign elements while keeping the actual photographs large and legible.
02Does the booth collect email addresses?+
Not by default. We prioritize fast guest flow and publish an edited gallery after the event. Explain any different delivery requirement during planning.
03How many people can use it at once?+
The open setup accommodates larger groups than an enclosure. The practical number depends on the backdrop width and available room.
04Does it work for multi-generational events?+
Yes. The experience is simple, attended, and does not require guests to download an app or navigate a sharing screen.
05How is the gallery delivered?+
Helena and Laurent edit the photographs and publish a Pic-Time gallery for viewing, downloads, and professional print ordering.
