The standard package
One complete booth, not a trail of required upgrades.
The standard package covers the working pieces that make a booth useful: camera, studio light, full-size backdrop, on-site printing, props, staffing, setup, and digital delivery after the event.
It includes up to four hours of active booth time, a two-hour setup window, the gold sequin backdrop, unlimited sessions and prints, curated props, a dedicated attendant, and a gallery edited by Helena and Laurent.

Timing
Pay for the hours guests can use—not dinner speeches.
Four active hours do not always need to be consecutive. A wedding may open during cocktail hour, pause through dinner and speeches, then reopen for the reception. Idle time keeps the equipment installed during that planned break.
Extra active time is useful when the guest count, event length, or schedule genuinely needs it. We would rather design a sensible operating window than leave the booth running while everyone is watching the first dance.

The venue and schedule complete the price.
Loading docks, elevators, stairs, long carries, parking restrictions, outdoor weather plans, and travel outside the core service area are part of a real production plan.

02What is active time versus idle time?+
Active time is when guests can use the booth. Idle time is a scheduled pause—often during dinner or speeches—when the booth remains installed but is not operating.
03How much does extra time cost?+
Extra active booth time is $350 per hour. Scheduled idle time is $50 per hour.
04Are prints really unlimited?+
Yes. During active booth time, guests can return for additional sessions and receive prints without a per-print charge.
05Can venue access or travel affect the quote?+
Yes. Stairs, long carries, unusual access hours, parking, distant travel, or venue requirements can change logistics. Share the venue and schedule for an accurate quote.
