Edited Pic-Time gallery
A classic session produces two 2×6 strips: one to keep and one to share, trade, or add to a guest book.

Helena and Laurent edit exposure, color, and consistency before the collection goes live in Pic-Time.
The physical thing
A print turns a quick joke into something people keep.
The booth produces real dye-sublimation prints during the event. In the classic strip format, each session yields two 2×6 strips: one to keep and one to share, trade, or add to a guest book.
Physical prints make the booth legible from across a room. One guest walks away holding a strip, another group sees it, and participation grows without another announcement.
Artwork
Customize the border without shrinking the photograph.
Names, dates, event artwork, or company branding can live on the print. The design should feel connected to the event while leaving faces large enough to enjoy.
We recommend strong contrast, concise wording, and artwork approved before the event.
- Confirm spelling and event date
- Use high-resolution or vector artwork
- Protect safe margins around text and logos
- Approve a physical-size proof—not only a large screen preview
The Pic-Time gallery
Digital delivery gets a photographer’s finish.
The files do not move directly from the booth computer to a generic download folder. Helena and Laurent edit the event for exposure, color, and consistency before publishing the Pic-Time gallery.
Guests can download photographs and order professional prints. The host gets a complete record of the booth, and guests get a clean way to revisit it after the physical strips have gone home.
Pic-Time gives the collection a polished home with easy browsing, downloads, favorites, and a professional print store.
Guest flow
No mandatory email form between the pose and the party.
On-site sharing screens look convenient until every guest is typing, correcting an address, or deciding which app to use. That creates the exact line a booth should avoid.
We separate the fast event experience from the considered gallery experience: pose, print, leave; then browse and download after the edited gallery is ready.
Straight answers
Before you book.
01How many strips come from each session?+
A classic strip session produces two 2×6 prints. That creates a natural keep-one, share-one pair.
02Can the design include names or branding?+
Yes. Artwork can include event details or approved branding while protecting enough space for the photographs to remain useful.
03How quickly do prints arrive?+
The dye-sublimation printer produces prints during the event in minutes. The attendant manages supplies and the print workflow.
04How do guests get digital photographs?+
After Helena and Laurent edit the event, the Pic-Time gallery lets guests view, download, favorite, and order professional prints.
05Why is there no required email screen?+
Typing addresses slows the line. We keep the booth focused on making and printing photographs, then handle digital delivery through the finished gallery.
