01Real people, real parties

The open setup makes room for combinations the official event timeline never reaches.

The installation stays considered while the photographs get delightfully strange.

The difference

A working portrait studio disguised as party entertainment.

Most booth failures begin with the same shortcuts: a webcam, weak light, a tiny enclosure, slow sharing screens, or nobody present when the printer needs attention.

We built the opposite—a real camera, flattering studio light, an open backdrop, fast physical prints, a dedicated attendant, and a photographer-edited gallery.

The room

Plan the whole footprint, not only the kiosk.

The booth needs space for the backdrop, camera distance, light, printer, prop display, cable route, guest group, and a sensible line. We confirm venue access, power, backdrop position, and guest flow before event day.

A visible location near—but not inside—the main dance-floor, bar, or catering traffic usually performs best.

  • Clear working area for the backdrop, camera distance, and groups
  • Nearby standard power and a safe cable route
  • Enough depth for flattering separation and full-body movement
  • Visibility from the party without blocking another queue

What guests experience

Fast prints now. Better files later.

The booth makes physical prints during the event, so guests leave with something tangible. We deliberately avoid asking everyone to stop and type an email address while friends wait behind them.

After the event, Helena and Laurent edit the photographs and publish a public Pic-Time gallery for downloads and professional print ordering.

Service area

San Francisco based. Bay Area ready.

We serve events throughout San Francisco and travel across Oakland, Berkeley, Marin, the Peninsula, San Jose, Napa, and Sonoma.

Travel, access, parking, stairs, elevators, and venue-specific load-in requirements can affect logistics. Share the venue when you inquire and we will give you a clear answer.

Straight answers

Before you book.

01What is included?

The standard package includes four hours of active booth time, a two-hour setup window, gold sequin backdrop, unlimited photos and prints, curated props, an attendant, and an edited gallery.

02How much space does the booth need?

The booth needs room for the backdrop, group, camera distance, light, printer, prop table, and a clear guest path. We confirm the exact working footprint with the venue.

03Can large groups fit?

Yes. The open studio setup has no enclosure, so friends, families, and whole departments fit far more comfortably than inside a two-person box.

04Do guests receive prints?

Yes. Guests receive fast dye-sublimation prints during the event, and the edited Pic-Time gallery is published online for downloads and print ordering.

05Do guests enter an email address?

No. We skip the distracting email kiosk. Guests enjoy the booth at the event, then use the finished gallery afterward.
